Got this beautiful postcard just now, as in the mailman literally handed it to me few minutes ago and I couldn’t wait to blog about it.Here’s what the sender have to say;

Thank you Danila,I envy you because you have a great place to spend during summer, unlike me,who spent it working. And speaking of work,I’m actually about to submit my dollar general application form online and I’m hoping to get the job that I like.

My name is Marina.  I live in a small provincial town Saratov (Not on the White Sea).  Russia is really big country.  Travel time from Saratov to Severodvinsk (on this map) is about 6-8 hours!

Map Card Of Malaysia

Another beautiful map postcard to be added to my collection. I received  this postcard three days ago  thru direct swap from Postcrossing forum. The sender asked me to send her friend a postcard,who had laser back surgery done three weeks ago and in returned,she sent me this map card.

Asking a fellow  postcrosser to send a card to someone who you want to brighten up a day,  is a common practice in the forum. I myself asked them to send my sister a card when she was still pregnant to her first child,another occasion I asked for a card,  is when my boys celebrated their birthday.  In returned, I also send them a card or if they wanted me to send it to someone else too.
