I only have two stamps to share that depicting Mothers. This one is from a postcard I got from China;

I can’t share much of any info because it was written in Chinese character in which I can perfectly not understand. I just assumed she is the mother of this two kids and I think she is a good mother because her kids are smiling.
While this one is featuring Marianne of Beaujard series from France;

I can’t find any info about her being a mother though but here’s the info about the stamp;
The Marianne et l’Europe series or Marianne of Beaujard series was a definitive postage stamp series, issued on 1 July 2008 in Metropolitan France and the four overseas departments. The design created and engraved by Yves Beaujard marked the beginning of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union by France.
The Marianne et l’Europe series replaced the Marianne des Français series issued on 10 January 2005.
It was the first France’s definitive stamp series to have all its denominations issued as self-adhesive in September 2008.(Source: Wikipedia)

The Côte d’Azur (litt. Azure Coast), often known in English as the French Riviera, is the Mediterranean coastline of the southeast corner of France. There is no official boundary, but it is usually considered to extend from either Menton or the Italian border in the east to Saint Tropez, Hyères or Cassis in the west. (Wikipedia)
