We live in a brown coal open mining area.  Many little  villager were resettled.  Even the highway will be moved because of the brown coal.  I love reading,knitting,yoga and working out in our little garden.  Today,it is stormy and the sun is shining-we call it, april weather!

Hello!

This is my home city,Novosibirsk, which is Russia’s 3rd largest city. I can’t say it’s very beautiful,but it’s got it’s own charm, or maybe I’m just fond of industrial scenes,who knows.

This particular place isn’t far away from my home.  I can see the light of this strange building from my room.  I love this particular photo (ooops, two uses of the word “particular” in one paragraph,shame on me!) as it possessed some sort of perspective and it’s full of air and promises of a brighter future.  Those lighting cranes on the horizon always make me full of anticipation.Don’t know why-it’s been like that since childhood.

Another goodies that I received just in time to celebrate  my birthday,(aside from getting paid for my Delphi electric fuel pump article ) is this postcard that show the Ox.  I was born in the year of the Ox in a Chinese calendar and I’m so happy when I finally recieved this card thru private swap.It was funny when I realized that I got this postcard the same day I received my birthday postcard.

What a great birthday for me!!! :)

A three days before my birthday, our postman handed me this cute and sweet postcard with a simple,but yet meaningful greeting simply because it’s the only birthday card I received for my birthday.

Thanks to my kumare/friend/fellow postcard blogger Melandria from A Postcrosser Haven, it’s very sweet of you to remember me on my natal day.

I’m not really into self-made card, but when I first saw this one  from Postcrossing wall, I knew I wanted one for myself.I immediately send a message to the sender although her profile said she’s not currently accepting a swap but she still accomodate my request and finally,it arrived last week.

Her message  include the reason why she stop swapping for a while, and  it’s because she’s nursing a broken feet and currently using a medline wheelchairs to move around, up until then, she will only send official card.

But anyway, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I lived in Canada for more than three years and I learned to love this beautiful country and its people. I hope to go back there in the years to come.

Got this card two days ago. It’s from The Netherlands and the only description that the send wrote is,it’s a bridge in Old Rotterdam. :)

I received this card thru private swap. I specifically requested for it when the sender asked me to choose what I want from her album because I definitely can’t resist their cuteness! The sender itself love dogs and she even mentioned that she currently have 3 different ones and all of them,eventhough have their own dog bed, she still prefer to share her bed with them.

I was busy reviewing my article about lipo30 side effects in our body when the postman called my name this morning and handed me this beautiful card courtesy of Mommy Vix of Mum Writes.

It’s the Logos Hope postcard. This ship is considered as a cruising library that sell used books and other items. They docked here in Manila couple of weeks ago and she went there to buy postcards. I was supposed to go with her but I got so busy and I think it was also raining that day that I have to declined to her invitation.Thankfully, she sent me this. :)
